Bring your charcuterie boards to the next level with this class.  We will be making scratch-made jam, crackers, pickled vegetables and candied nuts. Each participant will leave with enough of each to assemble a truly remarkable board at home (meats, cheeses & boards not included).  In addition, each will receive a sampling of the Farm’s own handcrafted Heritage Lardo-something not to be missed!
