ALL CLASSES BEING HELD OUTDOORS, PLEASE DRESS APPROPRIATELY

In this noncompetitive co-ed program kids will be taught the basic skills of lacrosse. These skills include

scooping, cradling, passing, catching, and shooting. The idea is to have fun and make friends while

learning the sport of lacrosse. No contact lacrosse is played, also known as “Soft Lacrosse”. A

mouthguard is required. Kids Choice Sports will provide lacrosse sticks, and all other equipment. Please

remember to bring a water bottle.
